4. Yn rheoliad 3—
(a)yn lle’r pennawd rhodder “Anifeiliaid anwes”;
(b)ar ôl paragraff (1) mewnosoder—
“(1A) Yn ychwanegol at ofynion y Rheoliadau hyn, ni chaniateir symud cŵn, cathod a ffuredau sydd heb eu hesemptio gan baragraff (1) i Gymru o drydedd wlad oni bai eu bod yn cydymffurfio â’r gofynion a nodir yn—
(a)pwyntiau (a) i (d) o Erthygl 10(1) o’r Rheoliad Anifeiliaid Anwes, yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff (1) o Erthygl 12 i’r Rheoliad hwnnw; a
(b)Penderfyniad Gweithredu’r Comisiwn (EU) 2019/294 yn nodi’r rhestr o diriogaethau a thrydydd gwledydd a awdurdodir o ran mewnforio cŵn, cathod a ffuredau a’r dystysgrif iechyd anifeiliaid enghreifftiol ar gyfer mewnforion o’r fath.”
