For regulation 28 substitute—
Admission of products into warehouses in compliance with Customs procedures and storage procedures28
No person may bring into Great Britain a consignment of products that does not comply with the import requirements of these Regulations and the Customs procedures and storage procedures on imports in the Taxation (Cross-border Trade) Act 20185.
