In regulation 26—

a

in the heading, after “Exclusions” insert “, derogations and modifications”;

b

the existing text becomes paragraph (1);

c

after paragraph (1) insert—

The provisions of this Part apply subject to the derogations and modifications set out in Schedule 5.

Paragraph (2) (and Schedule 5) have effect and remain in force from immediately after implementation period completion day until the end of the day on 31 July 2021.
