Amendment of Schedule 28

Schedule 2 (countries or territories in respect of which the United Kingdom has entered into a reciprocal agreement) to the Principal Regulations is amended as follows.

At the appropriate place insert—

a

“Bosnia and Herzegovina”;

b

“Faroe Islands”;

c

“Kosovo”;

d

“Liechtenstein”;

e

“Montenegro”;

f

“North Macedonia”; and

g

“Serbia”.

Omit—

a

“Barbados”;

b

“Iceland”;

c

“Russian Federation”;

d

“the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics except the States of Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and the Russian Federation”; and

e

“Yugoslavia”.
