Title, commencement and interpretation1

The title of these Regulations is the National Health Service (Charges to Overseas Visitors) (Amendment) (Wales) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.

Except as provided in paragraph (3), these Regulations come into force on implementation period completion day.

Regulation 9 comes into force immediately before implementation period completion day.

In these Regulations, “the Principal Regulations” means the National Health Service (Charges to Overseas Visitors) Regulations 19892.
