The Meat (Official Controls Charges) (Wales) Regulations 2009

9.  In the Meat (Official Controls Charges) (Wales) Regulations 2009(1), for the heading to Schedule 1, substitute—

“DEFINITIONS OF LEGISLATION”.

S.I. 2009/1557 (W. 152), amended by S.I. 2011/1043, 2019/1480 (W. 264); there are other amending instruments but none is relevant to these Regulations. It was amended prospectively by S.I. 2019/434 (W. 102) but that amendment is omitted by regulation 3(3) of these Regulations.
