6.—(1) Mae Rheoliadau Bwyd Cyffredinol 2004(1) wedi eu diwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn rheoliad 4 (gofynion o dan Reoliad (EC) Rhif 178/2002: tramgwyddau), yn lle paragraff (a) rhodder—
“(a)Article 12 (food and feed exported from Great Britain) in so far as it relates to food;”.

O.S. 2004/3279, a ddiwygiwyd gan O.S. 2005/3254 (Cy. 247) a 2011/1043; mae offerynnau diwygio eraill ond nid yw’r un ohonynt yn berthnasol i’r Rheoliadau hyn. Fe’i ddiwygiwyd yn rhagolygol gan O.S. 2019/1046 (Cy. 185) ond mae’r diwygiad hwnnw wedi ei hepgor gan reoliad 4(2) o’r Rheoliadau hyn.
