The title of these Regulations is the Marketing of Seeds and Plant Propagating Material (Amendment) (Wales) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.

These Regulations come into force as follows—
a
regulations 1, 3 and 5 come into force on 30 December 2020;
b
regulations 2 and 4 come into force immediately before implementation period completion day.
