Mae Atodlen 9 (addasu Rheolau Deisebau Etholiadol 1960) wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.

Ym mharagraff 3 (rheol 2(3) o Reolau 1960 (swyddog rhagnodedig)), hepgorer “under Part 1 of the Government of Wales Act 1998 or, as the case may be,”.

Ym mharagraff 4 (rheol 4(1) o Reolau 1960 (ffurf deiseb)), yn lle is-baragraff (2)(b) rhodder—

“the Clerk of the Crown” shall be construed as a reference to the Clerk; and
