Form CF (form of certificate referred to in rule 5(1)) is amended as follows.

In the first footnote after “2000.” insert “Where the registered party name is given and the name does not include “Welsh” or “Cymru”, then the registered party’s name may be supplemented with “Welsh” or “Cymru””.
