The title of this Order is the Senedd Cymru (Representation of the People) (Amendment) Order 2020.

This Order comes into force on 17 December 2020 but articles 3 to 65 only have effect for the purpose of a Senedd Cymru election at which the poll is held on or after 5 April 2021.

In this Order, “the 2007 Order” means the National Assembly for Wales (Representation of the People) Order 20074.
