The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 6(5), 10(6), 11(5), 15(1), 16(1), 17(1), 17(3), 18(2), 28(7) and 123(1) of, and paragraphs 5, 6 and 9 of Schedule 1 to the Public Health (Wales) Act 20171, make the following Regulations.

In accordance with section 123(2) of the Public Health (Wales) Act 2017, a draft of these Regulations was laid before, and approved by, resolution of Senedd Cymru2.
