The Welsh Ministers in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 38(3) and 55(1) of the Qualifications Wales Act 20151 make the following Regulations.

In accordance with section 55(2)(b) of that Act, a draft of this instrument was laid before and approved by a resolution of the National Assembly for Wales.
