Coming into force

The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 166(1)(b), (3)(a), (c) and (d), (4)(a) and (c), 167(3) 168(2)(a) and (e) and 196(2)(a) of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 20141, make the following Regulations.

A draft of these Regulations was laid before the National Assembly for Wales under section 196(6) of the Act and has been approved by a resolution of the National Assembly for Wales.
