Appointment of liquidators etc.I170
An appointed person M1 must—
a
without delay, give written notice to the Welsh Ministers of their appointment and the reasons for their appointment;
b
within 28 days of their appointment, inform the Welsh Ministers of their intentions regarding the future operation of the service.
