Enwi, cymhwyso, cychwyn a dehongli
1.—(1) Enw’r Rheoliadau hyn yw Rheoliadau Adeiladu (Diwygio) (Cymru) 2019.
(2) Mae’r Rheoliadau hyn yn gymwys o ran Cymru, ac eithrio fel y darperir ym mharagraff (3).
(3) Nid yw rheoliad 2(7) o’r Rheoliadau hyn yn gymwys mewn perthynas ag adeiladau ynni a eithrir yng Nghymru.
(4) Daw’r Rheoliadau hyn i rym ar 13 Ionawr 2020.
(5) Yn y Rheoliadau hyn ystyr “Rheoliadau 2010” yw Rheoliadau Adeiladu 2010(1).
