Title and commencement 1 The title of these Regulations is the M4 Motorway (Rogiet Toll Plaza, Monmouthshire) (50 mph Speed Limit) Regulations 2010 (Revocation) Regulations 2019 and they come into force on 31 October 2019. Revocation 2 The M4 Motorway (Rogiet Toll Plaza, Monmouthshire) (50 mph Speed Limit) Regulations 2010 are revoked.
