Mae Gweinidogion Cymru, drwy arfer y pwerau a roddir gan adran 77(1) o Ddeddf Ombwdsmon Gwasanaethau Cyhoeddus (Cymru) 2019(1), yn gwneud y Rheoliadau a ganlyn:
Enwi a dehongli
1.—(1) Enw’r Rheoliadau hyn yw Rheoliadau Deddf Ombwdsmon Gwasanaethau Cyhoeddus (Cymru) 2019 (Cychwyn) 2019.
(2) Yn y Rheoliadau hyn, ystyr “y Ddeddf” yw Deddf Ombwdsmon Gwasanaethau Cyhoeddus (Cymru) 2019.

2. Daw gweddill darpariaethau’r Ddeddf i rym ar 23 Gorffennaf 2019.
