Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1(3)
The Welsh Ministers make these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 2 and paragraph 21(b) of Schedule 7 to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 F1.
In accordance with paragraph 1(8) of Schedule 7 to that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by a resolution of the National Assembly for Wales.
As required by Article 9 of Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down the general principles and requirements of food law, establishing the European Food Safety Authority and laying down procedures in matters of food safety F2 there has been open and transparent public consultation during the preparation of these Regulations.
