The title of this Order is the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (References to Welsh Revenue Authority Financial Investigators) (Amendment) Order 2018.

This Order comes into force on 20 July 2018.

In this Order “WRA” (“ACC”) means the Welsh Revenue Authority.
