2. The Education (Information About Individual Pupils) (Wales) Regulations 2007(1) are amended as follows—
(a)in regulation 5(2)—
(i)omit sub-paragraph (c); and
(ii)in sub-paragraph (e) for “the Skills Funding Agency” substitute “the Education and Skills Funding Agency(2)”; and
(b)for paragraph 1 in Part 2 of Schedule 2 substitute—
“1.—(1) The following information—
(a)whether the pupil is or was studying towards a Welsh Baccalaureate Qualification; and
(b)the title of each learning activity the pupil is or was studying.
(2) This paragraph applies to each person who—
(a)is a pupil in the school’s sixth form during the school year in which the request for the information was made;
(b)was a pupil in the school’s sixth form at any previous time during the school year in which the request for the information was made; or
(c)was a pupil in the school’s sixth form in the year immediately preceding the school year in which the request for the information was made.”

The Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) is an executive agency sponsored by the Department for Education in England. The ESFA brings together the existing responsibilities of the Education Funding Agency and the Skills Funding Agency, creating a single funding agency accountable for funding education and training for children, young people and adults.
