The Education (Amendments Relating to Teacher Assessment Information) (Wales) Regulations 2018

The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers in sections 29(3) and (5) M1, 408(1) M2, 537(1) M3, 537A(1), (2) and (4) M4, and 569(4) and (5) M5 of the Education Act 1996, and in sections 19 and 54(3) and (4) of the Education Act 1997 M6, and in sections 21(3), 30(1) and (2), 131 M7 and 210 of the Education Act 2002 M8, and in sections 22(3) and (4) and 32 of the Education (Wales) Measure 2011 M9, and in sections 87 and 98 of the School Standards and Organisation (Wales) Act 2013 M10 and exercisable by them M11, make the following Regulations.

In accordance with section 408(5) of the Education Act 1996 the Welsh Ministers have consulted with those persons with whom consultation appeared to the Welsh Ministers to be desirable.

In accordance with section 131(7) of the Education Act 2002 the Welsh Ministers have consulted with such associations of local authorities in Wales, local authorities in Wales, bodies representing the interests of governing bodies in Wales and bodies representing the interests of teachers in Wales as appeared to them appropriate.
