Schedule 8 to the Act is amended in accordance with sub-paragraphs (2) to (4).

After the heading of the Schedule insert—

A person providing services to a specified person who—
a
falls within this Part of this Schedule; and
b
is a public authority,
in respect of the taking of action in connection with fraud against a public authority.
