In section 63(12)12—

a

for “without being treated” substitute “without being treated—

(a)”;

b

after “children’s home” insert

“and,

b

for the purposes of the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016, as providing a care home service within the meaning of Part 1 of that Act
