(a)telerau cymeradwyaeth y rhiant maeth,
(b)y cymorth aʼr hyfforddiant sydd iʼw rhoi iʼr rhiant maeth,
(c)y weithdrefn ar gyfer adolygu cymeradwyaeth rhiant maeth,
(d)y weithdrefn mewn cysylltiad â lleoli plant,
(e)y trefniadau ar gyfer bodloni unrhyw atebolrwyddau cyfreithiol y rhiant maeth syʼn codi oherwydd lleoliad,
(f)y weithdrefn sydd ar gael i rieni maeth ar gyfer cyflwyno cwynion a sylwadau.
