The Avian Influenza (H5N1 in Poultry) (Wales) Order 200695 is amended as follows.
In article 12—
a
in paragraph (1)—
i
after sub-paragraph (a) omit “or”;
ii
omit sub-paragraph (b);
b
omit paragraph (2).

In article 17(1)(a), for “the Diseases of Animals (Approved Disinfectants) Order 1978” substitute “the Diseases of Animals (Approved Disinfectants) (Wales) Order 2007”.
