The Foot-and-Mouth Disease (Wales) Order 200684 is amended as follows.

In article 8(a), for “the Diseases of Animals (Approved Disinfectants) Order 1978” substitute “the Diseases of Animals (Approved Disinfectants) (Wales) Order 2007”.

In article 43(1)(b)(ii), for the words from “regulation 9” to the end substitute “the Trade in Animals and Related Products (Wales) Regulations 201185”.
