a
in the words before paragraph (a), for “the Animal Health Act 1981 (“the 1981 Act”)” substitute “the Act”;
b
in paragraphs (a) and (b), for “the 1981 Act” substitute “the Act”.

In article 3, in the definition of “the Act”, for “the Diseases of Animals Act 1950” substitute “the Animal Health Act 1981”.
