The Marketing of Fresh Horticultural Produce (Wales) Regulations 2009I123

In regulation 2(2) of the Marketing of Fresh Horticultural Produce (Wales) Regulations 200970, for the definition of “Regulation (EU) 2013” (“Rheoliad (EU) 2013”) substitute—

  • “Regulation (EU) 2013” (“Rheoliad (EU) 2013”) means Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a common organisation of the markets in agricultural products71, as amended from time to time;
