Mae Rheoliadau Marchnata Deunyddiau Lluosogi Planhigion Addurniadol 199967 wedi eu diwygio fel a ganlyn.

Yn rheoliad 2(1)—

a

hepgorer y diffiniad o “Directive 77/93/EEC”;

b

yn y diffiniad o “Directive 98/56/EC”, ar y diwedd mewnosoder “, as last amended by Regulation (EU) No 652/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council68”;

c

ar ôl y diffiniad o “Directive 98/56/EC” mewnosoder—

  • “Directive 2000/29/EC” means Council Directive 2000/29/EC on protective measures against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the Community69;
