a
omit the definition of “Directive 77/93/EEC”;
b
in the definition of “Directive 98/56/EC”, at the end insert “, as last amended by Regulation (EU) No 652/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council68”;
c
after the definition of “Directive 98/56/EC” insert—
“Directive 2000/29/EC” means Council Directive 2000/29/EC on protective measures against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the Community69;
