Coming into force
The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 32 and 48(2) of, and paragraphs 4(a) and 14 of Schedule 3 to, the Flood and Water Management Act 2010 M1, make the following Order.
In accordance with paragraph 14(5)(b) of Schedule 3 to that Act a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by, a resolution of the National Assembly for Wales.
