Transitional provisions3.
(1)
Section 15C of the Commons Act 20062 (as amended by section 53 of, and Schedule 6 to, the Planning (Wales) Act 2015) does not apply to an application under section 15(1) of the Commons Act 20063 to register land in Wales as a town and village green, which is sent before the day appointed by article 2.
(2)
For the purposes of section 15C of the Commons Act 2006 (as amended by section 53 of, and Schedule 6 to, the Planning (Wales) Act 2015) it does not matter whether an event specified in the first column of Schedule 1B to the Commons Act 2006 occurred before, on or after the day appointed by article 2.
