Provisions coming into force on 4 October 2017 E+W

2.  The appointed day for the following provisions of the Act coming in to force is 4 October 2017—

(a) section 2 (national strategy on preventing and reducing obesity: publication and review);

(b) section 3 (implementation of national strategy); and

(c) section 119 (fixed penalty receipts for food hygiene rating offences).
