Appointed day2.
4 September 2017 is the appointed day for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Act—
(a)
section 56(1) in so far as it inserts section 144A into the 2014 Act;
(b)
section 56(2) (which amends section 196(6) of the 2014 Act).
