The Welsh Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1, 8(1), and 83(2) of the Animal Health Act 19811.
Title, application and commencement

The title of this Order is the Disease Control (Wales) (Amendment) (Amendment) Order 2017.
(2)
This Order applies in relation to Wales.
(3)
This Order comes into force on 10 June 2017.
Amendments to the Disease Control (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2017

The Disease Control (Wales) (Amendment) Order 20172 is amended as follows.

In article 1 (title, application and commencement) for paragraph (3) substitute—
“(3)
This Order comes into force on 11 September 2017.”
