The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 1AE of, and Schedule A2 to, the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Areas Act 19791, and the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 60 of that Act and now exercisable by the Welsh Ministers2, make the following Regulations:
