The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 2 and 60 of, and Schedule 1 to, the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Areas Act 19791, and in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 60 of, and Schedule 1 to, that Act and now exercisable by them2, make the following Regulations:
