The instruments listed in column (1) of Schedule 4 are revoked in so far as they apply in relation to Wales to the extent indicated in column (3), subject to paragraphs (2) and (3).

The instruments listed in column (1) of Schedule 4 continue to apply to appeals, other than enforcement appeals, where the appeal is made in relation to an application made before these Regulations come into force.

The instruments listed in column (1) of Schedule 4 continue to apply to enforcement appeals where the appeal is made in relation to an enforcement notice issued before these Regulations come into force.

The 2012 Order is amended as follows.

In Schedule 2, in the Notice Under Article 10 of Application for Planning Permission, for “Part 1 of the Town and Country Planning (Referrals and Appeals) (Written Representations Procedure) (Wales) Regulations 2015” substitute “Part 3 of the Town and Country Planning (Referred Applications and Appeals Procedure) (Wales) Regulations 2017”.
