Mae Innogy Renewables UK Limited(1) wedi cyflwyno cais i Weinidogion Cymru o dan baragraff 2(4) o Atodlen 6 i Ddeddf Cynllunio 2008(2) ar gyfer newidiadau i Orchymyn Fferm Wynt Coedwig Clocaenog 2014(3) nad ydynt yn sylweddol.
Mae Gweinidogion Cymru wedi ystyried effaith y newidiadau ar Orchymyn Fferm Wynt Coedwig Clocaenog 2014 fel y’i gwnaed yn wreiddiol, ac maent yn fodlon nad yw’r newidiadau’n sylweddol.
Ar ôl ystyried y cais, yr ymatebion i’r cyhoeddusrwydd a’r ymgynghori a oedd yn ofynnol yn unol â rheoliadau 6 a 7 o Reoliadau Cynllunio Seilwaith (Newid a Dirymu Gorchmynion Cydsyniad i Ddatblygiad) 2011(4), mae Gweinidogion Cymru wedi penderfynu gwneud y newidiadau ar delerau nad ydynt yn sylweddol wahanol i’r rheini a gynigiwyd yn y cais gwreiddiol, ym marn Gweinidogion Cymru.
Yn unol â hynny, wrth arfer y pwerau ym mharagraff 2(1) a (9) o Atodlen 6 i Ddeddf Cynllunio 2008, mae Gweinidogion Cymru yn gwneud y Gorchymyn a ganlyn—
