Coming into force
The Welsh Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 6(1)(d), 6(2), 11(2), 11(3)(a)(iii), 11(3)(b) and 187(1)(b) of the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 20161.

In accordance with section 187(2)(e) of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, the National Assembly for Wales.
