The 2016 Order applies with the following modifications.

Article 15 (acceptance of applications) is to be read as if in the case of a consent under section 2 of the 1979 Act (control of works affecting scheduled monuments), the application is accompanied by—
a
one or more of the certificates listed in paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 to that Act40 signed by or on behalf of the applicant; and
b
the items listed in regulation 2(2) of the Ancient Monuments (Application for Scheduled Monument Consent) Regulations 198141.
