12. For the purposes of section 319B(3) of the 1990 Act the prescribed period in relation to an application is ten working days beginning at the end of the representation period(1).
Section 319B(3) requires the Welsh Ministers to make a determination as to the relevant procedure before the end of the prescribed period. “Prescribed” means prescribed in regulations, see section 336(1) of the 1990 Act.
