Coming into force
The Welsh Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 10(1)(a), (2)(b), (3)(a) and (b) and (c), and 15(1) of the Food Hygiene Rating (Wales) Act 20131.

In accordance with section 26(4) of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by a resolution of the National Assembly for Wales.
