Interpretation

2.  In this Order—

“Assembly constituency” (“etholaeth Cynulliad”) is to be construed in accordance with section 2 of the Government of Wales Act 2006(1);

“Assembly electoral region” (“rhanbarth etholiadol Cynulliad”) is to be construed in accordance with section 2 of the Government of Wales Act 2006;

“PCC election” (“etholiad comisiynydd heddlu a throseddu”) means the election of a police and crime commissioner in accordance with Chapter 6 of Part 1 of the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011(2).
