18.  In Schedule 8 of the Administration of Justice Act 1970 (maintenance orders for the purposes of Part 2 of the Act and the 1958 Act), in paragraph 6(a) after “Children Act 1989” insert “or under paragraph 3 of Schedule 1 to the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014”. E+W
