In paragraph 8(2) of Schedule 4A147 to the Water Industry Act 1991 (premises that are not to be disconnected for non-payment of charges) in the definition of “care home”—

(a)

omit paragraph (b), and

(b)

after paragraph (c) insert—

“(d)

a building or part of a building—

(i)

in which accommodation is provided under Part 4 of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014; and

(ii)

which is not part of premises any part of which is a children’s home within the meaning of the Care Standards Act 2000;”.
