29.  In Schedule 1 to the Attachment of Earnings Act 1971 (maintenance orders to which the Act applies), in paragraph 7(1) after “Children Act 1989” insert “, paragraph 3 of Schedule 1 to the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014,”.
