The Bathing Water (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2016
Title, application and commencement1.

The title of these Regulations is the Bathing Water (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2016 and they come into force on 30 March 2016.

These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.
Amendment of Part 2 of Schedule 2 to the Bathing Water Regulations 20132.
These Regulations, which apply in relation to Wales, amend Part 2 of Schedule 2 (surface waters in Wales) to the Bathing Water Regulations 2013 (“the Regulations”), which lists the waters identified by the Welsh Ministers as bathing waters in Wales.
Regulation 2 of these Regulations adds Aberdyfi Rural Beach to the list of identified bathing waters in the Regulations.
The Welsh Ministers’ Code of Practice on the carrying out of Regulatory Impact Assessments was considered in relation to these Regulations. As a result, no impact assessment has been produced for these Regulations as there is no change to policy, or impact on business or the voluntary sectors foreseen.
