National Health Service Pension Scheme Regulations 1995 E+W

6.  In paragraph 1 of Schedule 2 (medical and dental practitioners) to the National Health Service Pension Scheme Regulations 1995(1) in the definition of “local authority”—

(a) at the end of paragraph (a) omit “or”;

(b) at the end of paragraph (b) for “;” substitute “, or”;

(c) after paragraph (b) insert the following—

“(c) a council of a county or county borough in Wales;”.
